Role SummaryAs Manager, Business Partner in the US Oncology Digital, Data & Technology team, you will serve as the connective tissue between commercial brand teams and technology partners. You will drive end-to-end delivery of digital initiatives, champion innovative solutions — including agentic AI — and ensure technology investments translate into measurable business outcomes. What You Will Deliver- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with Oncology brand leaders and technology teams to develop and execute digital, data, and technology strategies aligned to the Oncology Business Unit (OBU).
- Project Execution: Oversee end-to-end delivery of brand and enterprise digital initiatives, managing GSK teams and vendor partners to ensure timely, high-quality execution.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate directly with external vendors to ensure alignment with GSK's standards, timelines, and strategic objectives.
- Stakeholder Communication: Provide stakeholders with clear, proactive communication on project status, risks, architecture changes, and capability updates.
- Insight-Driven Solutions: Apply qualitative and quantitative analysis to understand customer needs and recommend tailored technology solutions.
- Central Coordination: Act as the key liaison among capability leads, facilitating the planning and implementation of complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Agentic AI Leadership: Champion the evaluation, piloting, and deployment of agentic AI systems — including multi-agent orchestration frameworks — to automate complex workflows across the Oncology commercial ecosystem. Drive adoption of agent-to-agent (A2A) connecting internal capabilities (CRM, analytics, content engines) with pharma-specific external agents supporting HCP engagement.
- Innovative Leadership: Identify and lead experimental projects and proofs of concept, evaluating their business impact and driving adoption of emerging technologies.
Key Responsibilities- Support and refine GSK's Digital/Omnichannel marketing strategies, ensuring cohesive launch plans and operational alignment.
- Serve as a strategic partner throughout the campaign lifecycle — from planning through execution — ensuring digital solutions effectively support brand objectives.
- Lead new product launch activities, including critical digital, data, and technology workstreams.
- Connect innovative digital and technology solutions to tangible OBU business strategies.
- Engage continuously with brand teams and stakeholders to align technology initiatives with broader business goals, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Assess technological advancements and market conditions to keep GSK at the forefront of the industry.
- Manage project portfolios to ensure all technical deliverables meet GSK quality standards and global regulatory requirements.
- Design and oversee agentic AI proofs-of-concept within the OBU, evaluating multi-agent frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, AutoGen, Salesforce Agentforce) for autonomous workflow automation relevant to oncology brand operations.
- Collaborate with governance and compliance guardrails for agentic AI deployments, ensuring agent interactions adhere to GSK data privacy standards.

- 6+ years of experience delivering complex digital, data, and technology solutions, preferably in healthcare or pharma.
- Experience with omnichannel marketing and integrating technology solutions to drive business outcomes.
- Experience in product management and technology solution implementation.
- Experience working within a matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience identifying and integrating data, partnerships, and AI solutions.
- Familiarity with agentic AI concepts, including multi-agent systems, tool-calling architectures, and autonomous workflow orchestration in enterprise or regulated environments.
Preferred Qualifications- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to influence and communicate across all organizational levels.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and a demonstrated ability to drive change in complex organizational environments.
- Familiarity with the concepts, standards, tools, and processes used in delivering enterprise information services.
- Experience with agent-to-agent (A2A) frameworks in pharma or life sciences contexts — such as connecting HCP engagement agents, medical affairs bots, or CRM automation agents within a governed multi-agent pipeline.
- Hands-on familiarity with agentic AI platforms (e.g., LangChain/LangGraph, Microsoft AutoGen, Salesforce Agentforce, or equivalent) and the ability to partner with engineering teams on architecture and deployment.
- Understanding of pharma-specific AI governance for autonomous agents, including audit trails, human-in-the-loop checkpoints, and MLR (Medical-Legal-Regulatory) review integration.
