This hybrid position will be located in Spring House, PA with alternate locations in Raritan, NJ, and Gent Belgium.</p><p></p><p>This position will support the standardized deployment of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) across the Advanced Therapies Supply Chain (ATSC) sites, as part of the IM MAKE MES Program.</p><p></p><p><i><b>Please note that this role is available across multiple countries and may be posted under different requisition numbers to comply with local requirements. While you are welcome to apply to any or all of the postings, we recommend focusing on the specific country(s) that align with your preferred location(s):</b></i></p><p></p><p>United States- Requisition Number: R-066648</p><p></p><p>Belgium- Requisition Number: R-071237</p><p></p><p>The ATSC MES Program Lead will be accountable for the deployment of the future state end-to-end Manufacturing Execution System solution and will lead site-based project managers, with the support of a global team of experienced Subject Matter Experts, on batch record modelling, automation integration, business standardization and quality. This role will be part of the Digital Operations and Technical Services (DOTS) organization.</p><p></p><p>This position will work across all program functions / work streams and global teams to ensure smooth implementation, including solution readiness, business readiness and transition to end-state. Additionally, will be responsible for project management and governance and is a primary conduit to the Business Sponsor/Leads across PMO, JJT, and other collaborators in a partnership to ensure program objectives are achieved, interdependencies are handled, and risks mitigated.</p><p></p><p>Accountable for financial oversight of a $75–$100 million program budget.</p><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p><p></p><ul><li><p>Provides financial stewardship for the program within ATSC by partnering with cross‑functional teams to validate the overall program BP/LRFP and project‑level cost estimates. Helps ensure investment assumptions are consistently developed in alignment with global standards, best practices, and current site needs.</p></li><li><p>Collaborates with site project leads to develop aligned, integrated project plans, timelines, and clearly defined results.</p></li><li><p>Collaborates across sites and programs to identify and navigate interdependencies, risks, and challenges, partnering with collaborators to establish controls, effective cadence, and mitigation strategies.</p></li><li><p>Partners closely alongside site project leads support local deployment and enable consistent, predictable project execution aligned with planned outcomes.</p></li><li><p>Supports the delivery of meaningful value by helping sites and the broader program achieve their intended objectives.</p></li><li><p>Contributes to the growth and efficiency of the global program team by building capabilities aligned with ATSC priorities and local site needs while driving standardization where appropriate.</p></li><li><p>Supports balanced cost‑benefit decision‑making by aligning site business priorities with global standards and long‑term value.</p></li><li><p>Partners with cross‑functional collaborators (including JJT, DOTS, QA, BE, and IM MAKE MES program members) to achieve project and program objectives, advance standardization, and drive cost improvements.</p></li><li><p>Works collaboratively with peers to align resources, timelines, and budgets across areas of responsibility, and partners with Transcend program representatives to address interdependencies and align on resolution approaches.</p></li><li><p>Develops and delivers clear, engaging program updates for senior leaders, providing insight into program progress, trends, and future outlook.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Qualifications</b></p><p></p><p>Education:</p><p></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, IT, or another related field.</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Required:</p><p></p><ul><li><p>Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience.</p></li><li><p>Deep knowledge of MES deployment strategy and processes.</p></li><li><p>Solid understanding of Pharmaceutical Manufacturing.</p></li><li><p>Preferred experience in the Advanced Therapies Manufacturing process.</p></li><li><p>Proven hands-on project management/delivery required.</p></li><li><p>Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills, with consistent track record to influence/collaborate to get to desired result.</p></li><li><p>People management experience.</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical and quantitative skills, excellent communication and presentation skills are required.</p></li><li><p>Strength in interdependent partnering and team management is required.</p></li><li><p>The ability to effectively manage projects, timelines, and change management is required.</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Preferred:</p><p></p><ul><li><p>Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly, making the complex clear and compelling to all levels of the organization in both written & oral forms is required.</p></li><li><p>Ability to embed a culture of harmonization and process improvement and value creation across the business is required.</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Other:</p><p></p><ul><li><p><b>Travel:</b> up to 25% domestic and international.</p></li><li><p>Bring thought leadership, holistic thinking, creative problem solving and listening skills to be a role model to project team members.</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Johnson & Johnson is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
