Sr. Workday HRIS Analyst
At Echo Global Logistics, we’re building an HR technology function that helps our business move faster and make better decisions. We’re looking for a Senior Workday HRIS Analyst who loves configuring Workday business processes, building reports and dashboards, and turning HR data into insight. You’ll partner across HR, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and Finance to advance a scalable, data-driven HR technology environment.Configure and maintain Workday business processes, security, and notifications across Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, and Talent.
Build and maintain advanced reports, matrix reports, calculated fields, and dashboards that inform HR and business decision-making.
5+ years configuring and supporting Workday across Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, and Talent.
Gain broad exposure to Workday modules, analytics, process improvement, and cross-functional partnership.
