Workday HCM Core & Compensation Manager

Work You'll Do

As a Workday Core & Compensation Manager on our Human Capital team, you will:
  • Lead the functional design, configuration, and deployment of the Workday Compensation module, aligning solutions with client objectives and HR strategies
  • Act as the primary Workday Compensation functional expert, collaborating closely with client stakeholders and technical teams to translate business needs into practical system solutions
  • Manage all aspects of the compensation module life cycle in Workday, including plan setup, annual cycles, bonus processes, and equity administration, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational efficiency
  • Develop and deliver compensation analytics and reporting using Workday, interpreting data to guide client recommendations on pay equity, performance, and program effectiveness
  • Coach and support project team members, oversee functional deliverables, and ensure the highest standards of quality throughout Workday Compensation implementations

Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 6+ years of professional experience
  • 4+ years of management consulting experience supporting Workday HCM projects
  • Actively certified in Workday HCM Core and Compensation
  • Ability to travel 30-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred:
  • Prior experience supporting clients in the government and public services sector

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Seattle, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to Seattle and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $145,000 to $241,000.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
