This role leads the logistics relationship with distributors, driving operational efficiency, resolving customer issues, and enhancing the end-to-end customer experience through innovative policies, procedures, and services.</p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li><p>Lead inventory management strategy for the Innovative Medicine portfolio, including planning, order processing, and monitoring inventory levels to ensure accuracy and availability.</p></li><li><p>Drive operational excellence by leading continuous improvement initiatives, engaging external customers, and aligning efforts across supply chain and commercial teams.</p></li><li><p>Build and influence strategic relationships with Commercial Trade Relations and key Customers to balance priorities and ensure alignment with business objectives.</p></li><li><p>Lead cross-functional problem-solving for complex challenges, including root cause analysis and resolution of unanticipated events (e.g., product shortages, major disruptions).</p></li><li><p>Demonstrate advanced analytical competencies to develop dashboards, identify trends, generate insights, and inform strategic decision-making.</p></li><li><p>Champion customer experience by setting high service standards and leading initiatives that drive customer engagement and continue partnership</p></li></ul><p><b>Qualifications</b></p><p><b>Education:</b></p><ul><li><p>Minimum of a Bachelor’s or equivalent University degree required; advanced degree and/or focused degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Operations preferred</p></li></ul><p><b>Experience and Skills:</b></p><p><b>Required: </b></p><ul><li><p>Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience</p></li><li><p>Proven data analytics experience to successfully organize, analyze, and interpret data to find opportunities and influence business operations</p></li><li><p>Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)</p></li><li><p>SAP or equivalent Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems knowledge</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication and leadership skills</p></li><li><p>Ability to think strategically and implement solutions</p></li></ul><p><b>Preferred:</b></p><ul><li><p>Demonstrated customer-centric mentality or customer-facing experience, including strong collaboration and interpersonal skills</p></li><li><p>Supply Chain knowledge, including Order Management, Forward and Reverse Distribution/Logistics</p></li><li><p>CPFR (Collaborative Planning, Forecast and Replenishment) experience</p></li><li><p>Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry</p></li></ul><p><b>Other:</b></p><ul><li><p>Requires up to 15% domestic travel</p></li></ul><p></p><p>For more information on how we support the whole health of our employees throughout their wellness, career and life journey, please visit <a href="http://www.careers.jnj.com" target="_blank">www.careers.jnj.com</a>.]</p><p></p><p>Johnson & Johnson is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
