Adams & Martin Group is seeking a Personal Injury Paralegal/Legal Assistant to join a law firm in St. Paul. This is a direct hire opportunity with a hybrid work model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys with all phases of personal injury cases, including gathering medical records, managing case files, and drafting legal documents.
• Communicate with clients, insurance companies, medical providers, and other parties involved to provide case updates and gather necessary information.
• Conduct legal research and assist with trial preparation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
• Maintain a calendar of deadlines and ensure that all filings and case documentation are completed in a timely manner.
• Assist in negotiating settlements and mediations alongside the attorney.
• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, offering them consistent communication and support throughout their case.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in personal injury law, with a strong understanding of case management from intake through trial or settlement.
• Paralegal Certification from an accredited institution.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills, with a client-centered approach to legal services.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in case management software and legal research tools.
